About the Role

As an Operations Graduate, you will complete three 6-month rotations across various business areas, gaining exposure to key commercial functions, including:

  • Logistics, Transport & Supply Chain Management – Streamlining distribution processes and improving efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement – Implementing the Unipart Way to drive operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership & People Management – Developing leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Health, Safety, Sustainability, Compliance – Ensuring workplace safety and regulatory adherence.
  • Inventory& Planning - Optimising stock levels and demand forecasting to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Throughout the programme, you will collaborate with and work alongside leaders in the business, work on strategic projects, and develop a deep understanding of logistics & commercial operations.

Likely rotations may include; Lutterworth Magna Park, Warth Park, Nuneaton, East Midland Gateway, Tamworth, Mercia, Baginton, Honeybourne, Cowley, Broughton, Burton & Canley.

As part of your role as an Operations Graduate, you will:

  • Learn the foundations of logistic operations through to managing a high-performing team
  • Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, software, operational methodologies and leading people.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Analyse data and trends to enhance business performance and drive efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Have an opportunity to help shape the future of the business.

About You

   To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Any degree (2:2 or above). A supply chain management degree is desirable but not essential.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and mindset with the potential to grow as a leader.
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic operational environments.

Successful candidates who progress through the initial shortlisting phase will be invited to participate in an assessment centre. These assessment centres will be held during one of two weeks: the week commencing May 19th, 2025, or the week commencing June 2nd, 2025. Specific dates and times will be communicated to shortlisted candidates along with further details regarding the assessment centre process.
