About the Role

Unipart IT is seeking talented and enthusiastic graduates to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology solutions and gain invaluable experience across different areas of our IT function.

The Software Sales Graduate (Specialising in SAP Sales) is a commercially focused role dedicated to driving sales of Unipart's SAP-based software solutions. You will learn the intricacies of SAP software, develop sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the growth of our software business.

During the Graduate Programme, you will be supported and work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real-world IT projects.

This role will be based remotely, however, you must be willing and able to reach any Unipart site nationwide when required.

 As part of your role you will:

  • Participate in training programmes and development activities to build technical and professional skills.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced team members on projects and tasks.
  • Contribute to the sales processes.
  • Develop an understanding of Unipart's business operations and the role of IT within the organisation.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying leads, preparing presentations, and supporting the sales cycle.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A degree (2:2 or above), we are open to candidates from any degree background however it is preferred that you do have an interest in the world of technology and IT.
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own car.
  • A passion for technology and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Successful candidates who progress through the initial shortlisting phase will be invited to participate in an assessment centre. These assessment centres will be held during one of two weeks: the week commencing May 19th, 2025, or the week commencing June 2nd, 2025. Specific dates and times will be communicated to shortlisted candidates along with further details regarding the assessment centre process.
