About the Role

As a Commercial Graduate, you will complete 18 months within the commercial business area, working in the Bid Management function - working on pursuit opportunities, tender responses and building our standard sales collateral.

Within the role you will also gain exposure to key commercial functions, including:

  • Sales & Business Development – Identifying new opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Propositions - identifying new products, services and solutions to bring to market

Throughout the programme, you will collaborate with senior leaders, work on strategic projects, and develop a deep understanding of commercial operations.

This role is based remotely, however you must be willing and able to reach any Unipart site nationwide when required.

 As part of your role as a Commercial Graduate, you will:

  • Lead and Manage End-to-End Bid Process: Oversee all aspects of tender and proposal responses, from qualification to submission.
  • Develop and Deliver Winning Proposals: Write, design, and ensure high-quality, customer-centric proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain and Enhance the Bid Knowledge Base: Develop, manage, and optimise the knowledge base for efficient bid content creation and retrieval.
  • Ensure Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain legal and operational compliance of all content and database records, and drive process improvements within bid management.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A degree (2:2 or above)
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own car.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and flexibility to deal with change

Successful candidates who progress through the initial shortlisting phase will be invited to participate in an assessment centre. These assessment centres will be held during one of two weeks: the week commencing May 19th, 2025, or the week commencing June 2nd, 2025.
