About the Role

As a Technology Graduate, you will have exposure across different business areas, gaining experience in a wide range of technical disciplines.

  • Data Science & Analytics: Using advanced analytics and data mining techniques to drive business decisions.
  • Mechanical & Electrical Engineering: Designing, testing, and improving innovative products and solutions.
  • Software & Firmware Development: Developing and integrating intelligent software solutions for real-world applications.
  • Robotics & Automation: Optimising robotics and automation within our technology businesses.

You´ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real-world projects, and develop a diverse technical skill set that will position you for a successful career in technology.

During the Graduate Programme you will be supported to complete three 6 month rotations, where you will work alongside, (and learn from), the very best leaders in our business. These will be based in the North of England (Likely rotations may include; Leeds, Harrogate, Doncaster, Stockport & Crewe).

As part of your role as a a Technology Graduate you will:


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
    • Engage in research, development, and implementation of new technologies.
    • Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, software, and engineering methodologies.
    • Analyse data and trends to enhance business performance and drive efficiency.
    • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business.

About you:


To thrive in this role, you will need:

      • A STEM-related degree (2:2 or above) including but not limited to: Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
      • A full UK driving license with access to your own car
      • A passion for technology and a problem-solving mindset.
      • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
      • Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly.
      • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Successful candidates who progress through the initial shortlisting phase will be invited to participate in an assessment centre. These assessment centres will be held during one of two weeks: the week commencing May 19th, 2025, or the week commencing June 2nd, 2025.
